Launching of the company's vision and the transfer to external management.

Background:
Netafim Ltd was challenged with one of the greatest obstacles of the new millennium – transformation from a kibbutz company to a multinational corporation, adopting innovating marketing and management concepts.
At the same time, the company crystallized its vision and values and updated its new logo.

The challenge:
To create an experiential day in which all company employees would participate, topped by the launch of the new vision and logo in a way that would touch the emotions and foster participant bonding.

Our solution:
All of the employees were gathered together in the Sharon Beach National Park to take part in competitions and group activities related to the theme of conducting and storing water.

In the highlight of the event 600 employees dressed in the company's orange shirts stood along the edge of the cliff facing the sea, holding a long drip irrigation hose that tied them one to the other – with the horizon stretching before them, symbolizing the future of Netafim.

This impressive panorama was filmed by a helicopter and by a crew of photographers on the ground. The film was quickly developed then and there, at the site.

After this exciting event, the employees gathered in a hall where the CEO explained about the company's vision and goals. The presentation of the company values and vision was followed by the screening of a film documenting the event that had taken place on the cliff only a short while before.

And afterwards…
Several years later, the employees gathered in Jerusalem for a periodic summary.
The event was held in the David's Tower museum.
During which the experience on the cliff was recreated: all of the employees, dressed in orange, stretched along the ancient walls of David's Tower, creating a powerful living human chain and strengthening the team spirit and sense of togetherness.
